Please note:

  1. The window membrane does not block viruses or bacteria, this is on purpose to allow them to be aired out.
  2. The lighter side of the filter material should face the outside.
  3. When ordering material to fit your windows, ensure you have at least 5cm-10cm spare material around the edges for fitting into a frame.
  4. Depending on your requirements, the membrane can be placed inside or outside of your window as it is very durable.
  5. The RESPILON window screen blocks particulate matter that would otherwise penetrate deep into your lungs. However, it will not fully block smells from things like smokers because the screen does not block gases.

Fire Information

In accordance with the technical standard EN 13773, the Respilon Window Membrane 5.0 is classified as Class 1 with regard to combustion behaviour. The product will not ignite or burn under the conditions specified in the standard.
